Many of these examples demonstrate the benefits of combining services and teams within GRM. Projects often start with desk studies and land appraisal, with developers and landowners then using other services such as geotechnical, environmental, mining, design, and site inspection.
We are always focused on maximising the development potential of a site and thereby the commercial return for our clients. This is evident and definable in many of the Case Studies, including the addition of £1m of value to development site, and a saving of £50,000 through the provision of site inspection services.
