Great to see that Ruskin Properties have submitted a full planning application to Dudley MBC for the reclamation of the former Caledonia Sewage Treatment Works in Brierley Hill, West Midlands. GRM have been involved in much of the initial ground investigation work, alongside a number of other key partners.
The project proposal includes 132 dwellings, 10 acres of open space, over 200 new trees, 45 orchard trees and over half a mile of new hedgerows. All of this will achieve a 13.5% Biodiversity Net Gain.
