GRM are pleased to release the data and findings from their 2021 Construction Sector Survey, which was conducted through December last year.
The online survey was made available to over 1500 clients and contacts spanning a wide range of construction sectors and specialities. The uptake was excellent, and we received over 400 responses to the ten questions.
The results and key findings are presented in the survey report, which is released today and available to download (link below). Overall, the responses indicate a healthy picture for the sector with no shortage of public and private sector funding for new developments. However, concerns regarding forecast planning delays, skills shortages, and price sensitivity for contracted services are identified by respondents.
