Coal Mining InvestigationsProviding solutions for 25 years.
Following completion of a Coal Mining Risk Assessment (CMRA), an intrusive investigation may be required to confirm risks posed to the development and develop remedial options.
GRM can carry out the investigation and assessment of risks posed by shallow mine workings.
In order to investigate abandoned mine works it usual to drill a series of rotary probe holes to intersect potential mine workings. To carry out this work Coal Authority permission is required and GRM is qualified to implement this process and act as the consultant in this process.
