Russell Hurcombe is Attending UKREiiF in Leeds Next Week – A Great Opportunity to Network and Make New Contacts

Around 80% of the incoming work for our GRM teams comes from existing clients who trust us and benefit from our proven track record of saving both time and construction cost.

However, we are always keen to engage with new developers and landowners, many of whom come through word-of-mouth recommendations. Our teams also regularly attend industry events and exhibitions, which have proved to be a great opportunity to network and meet new contacts.

Next week our Business Development Manager, Russell Hurcombe, will be attending The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) which is taking place from 19th to 21st May in Leeds.

This year’s programme includes a focus on the overall real estate landscape including affordable housing, ports and airports, hospitality, and cultural destinations (GRM has experience supporting client projects across all of these sectors).

More than 16,000 delegates (including over 4,000 investors and developers) are attending UKREiiF this year, and Russell is excited about meeting existing clients as well as making new contacts.
