It is something of a cliché in our industry to say that no two jobs are ever the same. But it really is true, and one of the reasons why we enjoy working on such a wide a diverse range of client projects.
In many cases the projects involve different speciality teams working together, and having all the expertise under our ‘GRM roof’ benefits the client as it saves time, cost, and means we can react quickly when unforeseen issues arise.
This is very much the case for an ongoing project in Leicestershire which involves a collaborative approach between our GRM teams and several external partners. An access road to a new residential development is being built to accommodate a change in site levels. The road crosses two streams, necessitating the design and build of culverts along with surrounding earthworks. Our teams are currently on site supervising the works and placement of engineered fill to make up the embankment.
