GRM have a team of highly experienced engineers who can visit site to inspect foundation excavations to ensure compliance with the design or give advice on how to overcome unforeseen problems during foundation construction. The engineers can also inspect gas precautions including gas membranes to provide independent validation that these have been fitted correctly.

By providing practical advice, GRM can reduce costs, whilst making sure that all of the necessary information for regulatory approval is obtained and the works are carried out quickly and safely. Where the problem warrants it, GRM's other specialists can be called upon to make sure that the most practical and cost effective solution is quickly provided, so that you don't end up waiting for conflicting answers from several different specialist companies.
