GRM's "Total Site Clearance" approach includes: Desk Study and Ground Investigations.Agreement of a Remediation Strategy with the regulators.Demolition/clearance works.Treatment of shallow mineworkings or shafts.Ground and groundwater remediation works.Validation works to confirm that the necessary remediation has been carried out.Provision of foundation designs and working drawings.Inspection or supervision of foundation construction works.Liaison with Regulators (e.g. Local Authority, Environment Agency and NHBC) to ensure that all ground or contamination related conditions are discharged.
