- Arrange for and Project Manage, drainage surveys
- Carry out drainage investigation to establish correctivity
- Production of technical reports for drainage defects and hydraulic capacity
- Investigation into settlement and foundation defects
Road Safety Audits
- Review development proposals and report on Road Safety issues arising with the site
- Consider the Road Safety issues in context of the existing highway infrastructure and site access/egress
Materials Testing

Essential quotation information
The minimum information required for a quotation by GRM is the Architects proposed site layout.
Additional desirable quotation information (and to proceed with any of the above infrastructure services):
- Location plan / boundary plan.
- Outline / detailed planning consents and pre-conditions.
- Topographical survey in AutoCAD format, preferably in 3D.
- Existing geological information (if available).
- Off-site Sewer records and internal drainage records.
- Public Utility Records.
- Building drawings showing discharge points/ appliances in AutoCAD format.
- CCTV survey of the existing drainage including connection to Public Sewers (if applicable).
