GRM put in place a Quality Assurance system in the mid 90’s which was adequate until some clients started insisting on formal accreditation. Combining the existing system with our Operational Process Map enabled full accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 within months of applying. The management systems were assessed by ACS Registrars Limited on 14th April and registered as being compliant on 17th April. The registration covers all of GRM’s services, specifically the geotechnical, environmental, civil and structural engineering, construction site inspection and management services.

Advice from our auditors and QA consultants suggests that should it be deemed commercially necessary GRM could attain ISO 14000 environment management systems and BS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety within 3 months.
